Baseball Recap: San Diego Takes a Loss

San Diego made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Bishop, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Vaqueros fell just short of the Badgers by a score of 3-1 on Friday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Vaqueros couldn't push the score so high this time.

San Diego saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaleb Rodriguez, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

San Diego has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-11-1 record this season. As for Bishop, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7-2 record this season.

As of now, neither San Diego nor Bishop have any future games scheduled.
