Basketball Recap: Turner Skates Past Williams Prep with Ease

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Turner on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Williams Prep Falcons out of the water with a 57-8 final score. With the Lions ahead 36-2 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Turner's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Austin Castro, who shot 70% from the field on his way to 14 points. Another player making a difference was Arnav Lohiya, who went 7-for-14 to rack up 14 points along with five boards and three steals.

Turner smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
