Basketball Recap: Elite Prep Academy's Win on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Elite Prep Academy won the last time they faced Conrad Academy, and Kirk Duhaney did his part to make sure it happened again. The Elite Prep Academy Eagles walked away with a 74-64 victory over the Conrad Academy Eagles on Wednesday thanks in part to Duhaney, who dropped a triple-double on 40 points, ten rebounds, and ten steals. The contest was his third in a row with at least 16 points.

Another player making a difference was King Williams, who posted eight points and four steals. What's more, he also racked up four assists, the most he's had since back in February of 2024.

The win was the third in a row for Elite Prep Academy, bringing their record for this year to 12-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points over those games. As for Conrad Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Elite Prep Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 61-35 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 6th. Conrad Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
