Griffin came up big in Capitan's 15-14 win
It was an underclassman who stole the show on Thursday as Caden Griffin came into the game with something to prove. He was dynamite, scoring four runs and stealing four bases while going 3-for-5.
Griffin and Capitan will head out on the road to square off against Lordsburg at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Capitan is 10-0 against Lordsburg going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
