Baseball Recap: Eastside Sets Scoring Season-High Against Bronson

Eastside scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Bronson Eagles, falling 17-5. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.

Eastside saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wrex Louidor, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI. The dominant performance also gave Louidor a new career-high in hits (two).

Eastside's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-7-2. As for Bronson, they moved to 1-4 with that win, which also ended their ten-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, Eastside and Bronson will both be playing Countryside Christian the next time they take the field. Bronson will host Countryside Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Eastside will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
