Soccer Recap: Park Vista's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Park Vista kept a clean sheet against Lake Worth on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Lake Worth Trojans. This was payback for the Cobras, who suffered a 1-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Devon Fernandez, who's now up to five this season.

Park Vista moved to 4-8 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Lake Worth, their loss dropped their record down to 8-2.

Park Vista didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Santaluces on the 12th. Lake Worth has also already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Boynton Beach on the 12th.
