Volleyball Recap: Augusta Gets the Win

It was a proper cat-fight when Augusta took on Lewis County on Monday. The Panthers came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Augusta is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. As for Lewis County, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-23.

Augusta didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Ludlow on the 14th. As for Lewis County, they will face off against Russell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
