Soccer Recap: Chiles Falls Short of Fleming Island in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Chiles can now relate to. They fell just short of the Fleming Island Golden Eagles by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The Timberwolves have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Chiles' loss dropped their record down to 9-4-5. As for Fleming Island, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-1-6.

Chiles does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fleming Island, they will take on Arnold at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Arnold will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Fleming Island surely won't give up without a fight.
