Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Hammon

Hammon meant business on Tuesday, getting buckets from all over the court against a Trojans squad that has allowed just 26.32 points per contest. The Hammon Warriors came out on top against the Canute Trojans by a score of 58-51. The win was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on four straight.

Hammon is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Canute, the loss snapped their winning streak at 12 games and leaves them with a 19-3 record.

Hammon and Canute should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings. Hammon will take on Duke at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday up 414 places (33 vs. 447). Similarly, Canute (ranked 24th) will meet Burns Flat-Dill City (ranked 361st) at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
