Soccer Recap: Charleston Collegiate Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matches, Charleston Collegiate finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They fell just short of the Cambridge Academy Cougars by a score of 2-1.

Charleston Collegiate's goal came courtesy of Abigail Skinner, who's now up to ten this season.

Charleston Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Cambridge Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Charleston Collegiate does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cambridge Academy, they will face off against Beaufort Academy at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
