Basketball Recap: Central Wisconsin Christian Takes a Loss

Central Wisconsin Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. The matchup between them and Abundant Life/St. Ambrose Academy didn't end well, with the Central Wisconsin Christian Crusaders falling 62-43. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Crusaders of the 45-28 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

Central Wisconsin Christian now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Abundant Life/St. Ambrose Academy, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Wisconsin Christian will welcome Cambria-Friesland at 5:45 p.m. on January 14th. As for Abundant Life/St. Ambrose Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Parkview at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Abundant Life/St. Ambrose Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
