Football Recap: Baptist Prep Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Baptist Prep had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 28-21 to the Two Rivers Gators on Friday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Gators apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Baptist Prep will head out to square off against Mountainburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Two Rivers, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Magazine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
