San Jacinto Valley Academy had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Shalhevet on Tuesday. The Wolves were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Firehawks. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

While San Jacinto Valley Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-20.

San Jacinto Valley Academy's win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Shalhevet, their defeat ended a 14-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-4.

Coming up, San Jacinto Valley Academy will welcome Duarte at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. Shalhevet does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
