Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Harrison

Harrison entered their tilt with Scarsdale B on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on Scarsdale B with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-16, 25-14.

Harrison was led to victory by JESSICA KRITZMAN and MIA MAGNOTTA. KRITZMAN had 41 assists, while MAGNOTTA had five digs and three aces. Those three aces gave MAGNOTTA a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Harrison was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive contests.

Harrison's record now sits at 6-4. As for Scarsdale B, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Harrison has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Clarkstown North on the 9th. As for Scarsdale B, they will challenge Ursuline at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th.
