Softball Preview: Edgerton Crimson Tide vs. Clinton Cougars
The Edgerton Crimson Tide will face off against the Clinton Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Edgerton has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 14th.
Monday just wasn't the day for Edgerton's offense. They came up short against Jefferson on Monday, falling 14-0.
Meanwhile, Clinton narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Evansville 5-3. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
