Turner Ashby hasn't had much luck against Wilson Memorial recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Knights will look to defend their home pitch against the Green Hornets at 7:00 p.m.

Turner Ashby came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-0 to William Monroe. While losing is never fun, Turner Ashby can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 118th, while William Monroe are ranked 35th).

Meanwhile, Wilson Memorial put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their undefeated season alive. They never let Fort Defiance get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Wilson Memorial might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by three goals or more this season.

Turner Ashby's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Wilson Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0-1.
