Basketball Recap: Redington Comes Up Short

Redington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a blow against the Sitka Wolves, falling 56-21. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-25 back in January.

Redington's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Sitka, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

While Redington had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
