Rootstown barely beat Berkshire the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rovers never let the Badgers get on the board and left with a 5-0 win on Tuesday. Rootstown might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Berkshire with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Zach Pastor (2), Dylan Boland, Landon Rodstrom, and Alex Pastor.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Rootstown, bringing their record up to 7-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those five matches. As for Berkshire, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rootstown will face off against Chippewa at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Berkshire, they will venture away from home to challenge Champion at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Berkshire will need to watch out since Champion have now posted at least four goals in their last six contests.
