Baseball Recap: North River Christian Takes a Loss

North River Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 13-0 to Hope Christian Academy. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Hope Christian Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 on Monday.

North River Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-1. As for Hope Christian Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-7.

Coming up, North River Christian is taking a road trip to face off against Cornerstone Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cornerstone Christian has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.3 runs per game on average), something North River Christian will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Hope Christian Academy, they will host Lakeside School at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
