Football Game Recap: Springwood Wildcats vs. North River Christian Chargers

On Friday, The Springwood Wildcats faced the North River Christian Chargers in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Springwood blew past North River Christian, posting a 49-20 win at home. The result was nothing new for Springwood, who have now won three matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.

Springwood was led to victory by Dylan Reeves and Cj Johnson. Reeves gained 176 total yards and three touchdowns, while Johnson rushed for 156 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries.

Springwood has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-2 record this season. As for North River Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 4-5.
