Soccer Game Preview: Spring Hill vs. Battle Creek

The Spring Hill Raiders will venture away from home to face off against the Battle Creek Grizzlies at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Spring Hill has given up an average of 4.2 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Spring Hill is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They came up short against Giles County on Monday, falling 9-4. The result was nothing new for Spring Hill as the squad has yet to pick up a win this season.

Meanwhile, Battle Creek kept a clean sheet against Culleoka on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Warriors. It was an even better day for Noah Wetherby as he scored three goals for his team.

Battle Creek is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those four matches. As for Spring Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12-1.
