After failing to score in their last match, Somerset Academy made sure to put some goals up on the board against Franklin Academy on Monday. They put the hurt on the Franklin Academy Panthers with a sharp 8-0 victory. Considering Somerset Academy has won nine contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Franklin Academy from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Adam Garcia led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Somerset Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which somehow still isn't as good as their 12-3-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those four matches. As for Franklin Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6-3.
