Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highland Home). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Central Lions a 19-0 shutout on Friday. Considering the Flying Squadron have won four matchups by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Highland Home's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-4. As for Central, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
