            For the second straight game, Trinity Christian will face off against Fort Worth Christian. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Trinity Christian Lions  face off against  Fort Worth Christian Cardinals at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Trinity Christian has given up an average of 6.6  runs per game this season, but Saturday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Trinity Christian got their first taste of in-conference action  on Friday and they started things off strong. They were the clear victors by  a  19-13 margin over Fort Worth Christian. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won seven contests by six  runs or more  so far this season.

 The team  relied heavily on  Bri Byers, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with one  home run, six  RBI,  and three  runs. Those  six  RBI gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Emily Karr, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 4-for-4.
 Trinity Christian's win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-6-1. Those  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 17.3 runs over those games. As for Fort Worth Christian,  they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
