Porter won the last time they faced Pasadena and things went their way on Thursday too. The Spartans really took it to the Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up a 42-7 win. That looming 42-7 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Spartans yet this season.

Porter's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Stone Singletary, who rushed for 50 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also threw for 102 yards and one TD while completing 77.8% of his passes. Landon Binford was another key back, gaining 92 total yards.

The victory made it two in a row for Porter and bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.5 points over those games. As for Pasadena, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
