Volleyball Recap: Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals. The Phoenix were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bengals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-18, 24-26, 25-22, 25-15.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Triad Math and Science Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Bishop McGuinness on the 26th. As for Triad Math and Science Academy, they will square off against John Yowell Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
