Volleyball Recap: Southeast Alamance Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Southeast Alamance entered their tilt with Williams on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on September 4th.

While Southeast Alamance won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22, 25-14.

Brooke Hardister paced Southeast Alamance's offense, picking up 12 kills. Hardister got some help from Victoria Vazquez and her 26 assists. Hardister and Vazquez didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with two apiece.

Southeast Alamance's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Williams, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Coming up, Southeast Alamance will face off against Graham at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Stallions are facing the Red Devils at the right time seeing as the Red Devils are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Williams, they will challenge Eastern Alamance at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
