Preview: Hamilton Township Rangers vs. Grandview Heights Bobcats

The Hamilton Township Rangers will head out on the road to take on the Grandview Heights Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.
Last Tuesday, Hamilton Township took a serious blow against Bloom-Carroll, falling 59-17. Hamilton Township was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-11.
Meanwhile, Grandview Heights unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Saturday. They were dealt a 53-16 loss at the hands of Buckeye Valley. Grandview Heights has struggled against Buckeye Valley recently, as their match on Saturday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Hamilton Township dropped their record down to 6-15 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.0 points per game. As for Grandview Heights, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-7.
Hamilton Township didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Grandview Heights in their previous meeting back in November of 2022, but they still walked away with a 45-41 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hamilton Township since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
