Soccer Game Preview: Granger vs. Bountiful

The Granger Lancers will take on the Bountiful Redhawks at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Granger is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They never let West Field get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. Considering Granger have won seven matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit West Field with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Chris Castro (2), Ethan Vu, Adrian Hernandez, and Joshua Bautista.

Meanwhile, Bountiful won against Syracuse last Tuesday with three goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Tuesday. The Redhawks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Box Elder. The win continues a trend for Bountiful in their matchups with Box Elder: they've now won three in a row.

Granger's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Bountiful, their win bumped their record up to 13-5.
