Baseball Recap: Morgan Trojans vs. South Summit Wildcats
Morgan can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the South Summit Wildcats a 13-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Morgan sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Ryder Waldron made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Waldron was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs, a triple, and a stolen base. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.
In other batting news, Benjamin Harden was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two triples, three runs, and an RBI. Another player making a difference was Luke Bauerle, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
