Baseball Game Preview: Pascagoula Panthers vs. St. Martin Yellow Jackets

Pascagoula took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They came out on top against Moss Point by a score of 7-3. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.

Pascagoula's win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Knute Robinson, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2.

They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bearcats, sneaking past 9-7. That's two games straight that the Yellow Jackets have won by exactly two runs.

Pascagoula now has a winning record of 2-1. As for St. Martin, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
