Bridgeport Baptist Academy took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Community Baptist Christian, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Broncos had just enough and edged out the Kings 3-2 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Broncos as they're now sitting on three straight.

Bridgeport Baptist Academy was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-21, 20-25, 25-18, 15-11.

Abigail Treadway paced Bridgeport Baptist Academy's offense, picking up 22 kills. Treadway got some help from Alexis Russell and her 28 assists. Lydia Treadway controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Bridgeport Baptist Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Community Baptist Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 7-3.
