Twin Falls is a perfect 10-0 against Canyon Ridge since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bruins will welcome the Riverhawks at 3:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Twin Falls' favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Canyon Ridge has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

On Monday, Twin Falls made easy work of Mountain Home and carried off a 17-7 win. Considering the Bruins have won eight contests by more than nine runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Molly Hodge was incredible, firing off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 3-for-3. Libby Torgrimson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

Twin Falls hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, Canyon Ridge didn't have quite enough to beat Mountain Home on Thursday and fell 8-7.

Canyon Ridge saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cale Carpenter, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

The victory got Twin Falls back to even at 9-9. As for Canyon Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Wednesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Twin Falls has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .436. However, it's not like Canyon Ridge struggles in that department as they've averaged .448. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Everything went Twin Falls' way against Canyon Ridge in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Twin Falls made off with a 16-0 win. Do the Bruins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Riverhawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
