Baseball Game Preview: Jackson Prep Patriots vs. St. Joseph Catholic Bruins

For the second straight game, Jackson Prep will face off against St. Joseph Catholic. The Patriots will challenge the Bruins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Jackson Prep will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.

Jackson Prep not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 4, 2024. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over St. Joseph Catholic. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Jackson Prep got a massive performance out of Tre' Bryant, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Those four hits gave Bryant a new career-high. Cole Gideon was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 4-for-4.
