Football Recap: Crawford County Piles Up the Points Against Brown County

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Switzerland County, Crawford County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Brown County Eagles, posting a 56-26 victory. This was payback for the Wolfpack, who suffered a 24-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

When it comes to explaining why Brown County lost, don't look at Quentin Bell. Despite the final result, he threw for 237 yards and three touchdowns on only 18 passes.

The win got Crawford County back to even at 1-1. As for Brown County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crawford County will face off against Perry Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Wolfpack their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Brown County, they will head out to challenge Noblesville L at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
