 Lodi won against Poynette  last Tuesday with 12  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Thursday. Everything went the Lodi Blue Devils' way against the Poynette Pumas as the Lodi Blue Devils made off with  a  12-1 win. The  victory was familiar territory for Lodi who now have three in a row.
  Eli Schneider made a big impact no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run over five innings pitched. Schneider was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-2 with two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Paxton Wyman was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with four  runs, four  RBI,  and a  triple. Another player making a difference was  Dakota Franklin, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-2.
 On Poynette's side, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Hunter Wells, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-2.
 Lodi is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record  this season. As for Poynette, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost eight of their last ten games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record  this season.
 Lodi will be playing at home against Mount Horeb at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Mount Horeb is coming into the  matchup with four straight  defeats on the road,  meaning Lodi will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  win. As for Poynette, they will  challenge Westfield Area at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
