Palma had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Soledad Aztecs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in April.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Palma took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 25-14.

Palma's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-5. As for Soledad, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Coming up, Palma will square off against York at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Soledad does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
