Basketball Recap: Young Women's Leadership Academy Takes a Loss

Young Women's Leadership Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 46-18 loss at the hands of the Randolph Ro-Hawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cardinals have suffered against the Ro-Hawks since November 27, 2018.

Young Women's Leadership Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Randolph, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-13 record this season.

Young Women's Leadership Academy will challenge Great Hearts Northern Oaks at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Young Women's Leadership Academy is facing Great Hearts Northern Oaks at the right time seeing as Great Hearts Northern Oaks is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Randolph, they will take on Marion at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
