Jessieville entered their tilt with Glen Rose on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Everything went their way against the Glen Rose Beavers as they made off with a 45-21 victory. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while the Beavers are ranked 236th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jessieville's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Glen Rose, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

After both having extra time off, Jessieville and Atkins will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Glen Rose, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dierks at 4:30 p.m. on December 31st.
