The Liberty Lions will square off against the Mountain View Toros at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Liberty is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 69 points per game this season.

Liberty heads in on the heels of a playoff game on Wednesday. They took a 61-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of Williams Field.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Mark Duguid, who en route to 11 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Nicholas Topolosek, who posted ten points.

Even though they lost, Liberty smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in nine consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Mountain View entered their tilt with Chandler on Monday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. They skirted past the Wolves 42-39. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Toros have posted since January 3rd.

Liberty's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-10. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.0 points over those games. As for Mountain View, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-11.

Liberty beat Mountain View 67-58 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. Will Liberty repeat their success, or does Mountain View have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
