Peck lost to Kingston back in May of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Pirates came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 10-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pirates.

The victory got Peck back to even at 5-5. As for Kingston, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-8-1 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Peck will welcome Merritt Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.14 runs per game on average), something the Pirates will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Kingston, they will challenge North Huron at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
