Baldwin and Atlantic Coast are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2015, but likely not for long. The Indians are taking a road trip to challenge the Stingrays at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Baldwin 3.4, Atlantic Coast 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Baldwin's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past Paxon School For Advanced Studies 6-0. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Not much got past Hayden Peebles, who gave up just four hits and racked up ten Ks to keep Paxon School For Advanced Studies off the board. Peebles has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Baldwin's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Raven Watson, who scored a run while going 2-for-2. Madison Crews also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
Meanwhile, Atlantic Coast had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Senators.
Lily Maguire spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Rylee Ratti, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
Baldwin's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Atlantic Coast, their record is now 18-2.
Both Baldwin and Atlantic Coast just can't seem to miss. The Indians have been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.6 hits per game. However, it's not like Atlantic Coast struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 5 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Baldwin came up short against Atlantic Coast in their previous meeting back in March, falling 15-11. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
