Football Recap: Branson Extends Winning Streak to Three

Branson won against Bolivar last Friday with 35 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Pirates strolled past the West Plains Zizzers with points to spare, taking the game 35-21. The victory was just business as usual for the Pirates, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Branson's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for West Plains, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Branson will face off against Parkview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Plains, they will square off against Logan-Rogersville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Zizzers will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
