Basketball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They received a blow on Monday as they fell 61-42 to the North Sand Mountain Bison. The game marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for North Sand Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Skyline will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pisgah at 6:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for North Sand Mountain, they will be taking part in a tournament against Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
