Meanwhile, Bolingbrook entered their tilt with Plainfield Central on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Their defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 4-0 shutout. Give Bolingbrook's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Thornton's loss dropped their record down to 10-7-1. As for Bolingbrook, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8-1.
