Baseball Recap: Kickapoo Comes Up Short at Home Against North Crawford

Kickapoo unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 12-2 to the North Crawford Trojans on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 6-3 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kickapoo is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Boscobel at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for North Crawford, they will head out to face off against New Lisbon at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
