Volleyball Recap: Morris Jeff Comes Up Short

Morris Jeff came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Kennedy Cougars. The Pelicans haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Morris Jeff's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Kennedy, they moved to 5-9 with that win, which also ended their six-match losing streak.

Coming up, Morris Jeff is taking a road trip to take on McDonogh 35 at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kennedy, they will square off against Sarah T. Reed at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
