Volleyball Recap: Yoncalla Takes a Loss

After flying high against Pacific on Tuesday, Yoncalla came back down to earth. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Glendale Pirates on Thursday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Yoncalla's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Glendale, their victory ended a six-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 9-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Yoncalla is set to take on their familiar foe Milo Adventist Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Glendale will face off against rival North Douglas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
