Basketball Recap: Royal Takes a Loss

Royal lost against Almeta Crawford on January 3rd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Royal Falcons took a 40-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Almeta Crawford Chargers. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Royal's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Almeta Crawford, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-15 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Royal Falcons challenge the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th. As for Almeta Crawford, they will take on Stafford at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
