Football Recap: Skyline Coyotes vs. McClintock Chargers
A victory for Skyline just wasn't in the cards on Thursday as the team wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They had to suffer through a 54-21 loss at the hands of the McClintock Chargers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Coyotes of the 42-21 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

McClintock's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaxon Knutson, who threw for 292 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76% of his passes. Knutson is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last seven games he's played dating back to last season. Amari Scroggins was Knutson's top target, picking up 134 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
